1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are issued only in accordance with this policy.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Growth, Pro AI, or Enterprise plan within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase, not renewals.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp with your registered email and account details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Monthly subscription fees after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Add-on services (e.g., 3D dish models, premium integrations)
  • Setup fees, if any
  • Third-party service fees

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining days.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund, your account may be immediately suspended, and you will lose access to all data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
