By accessing or using MenuTap ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
MenuTap provides a restaurant management platform including QR ordering, digital menus, AI-powered tools, order management, CRM & loyalty programs, and analytics for restaurants and food businesses.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
MenuTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
